  • Q - When ordering doors with aluminium strip handles, do I order them at the finished height (including the handle) or the actual door height?

    • A - Order them at the finished height and we will deduct the correct amount for the handles.

  • Q - What thickness are your materials?

    • A - All our doors and panels are 18mm thick, carcase components are 16mm, and melamine panels may be made at 16mm, 25mm or 30mm if specially requested.

  • Q - Which of your products is the most durable?

    • A - All our products have very high durability, although gloss finishes will always show more marks than other finishes. It depends on the design and the situation, but we recommend Touchtex and Durostyle as our most durable products.

  • Q - What are your payment options?

    • A - Payment options include Credit Card (1.5% surcharge), and direct debit online. A credit account can be opened subject to approval.

Colour/Style Questions:
  • Q - A colour has been specified that's not in your Durostyle range, can you get it in for us?

    • A - It depends on the size of the job as to whether it is economical to buy in a special product. We will consider it if it's a large job.

  • Q - What is your most cost-effective gloss option?

    • A - Our Touchtex ZeroLine Snowdrift Hi-Gloss option is the most cost-effective, followed by StyleLite.

  • Q - Can you supply Durostyle doors in MDF, ready for painting?

    • A - Yes, we can supply any of our Durostyle styles in MR MDF, sanded and ready to be painted.

  • Q - Can we have a melamine colour that's not in your Touchtex range?

    • A - Yes we can buy in any Melteca, Bestwood, or Prime colour. These are charged at 15% above our standard Touchtex price

  • Q - How long will it take for my order to be freighted?

    • A -  Approximate freight times are as follows. These are estimates and can change as freight volumes dictate.

      • Same day or next day delivery to Christchurch Metro area.

      • Next day delivery to: Blenheim, Motueka, Nelson, Westport, Hokitika, Kaikoura, Ashburton, Timaru, Oamaru, Dunedin, Cromwell, Wanaka, Queenstown, Gore, Invercargill

      • 1-2 working days to: Wellington, Lower Hutt, Upper Hutt

      • 3-4 working days to: Napier, Wanganui, Palmerston North, Masterton, Hanmer Springs, Banks Peninsula, Mount Cook, Milford Sound, Te Anau

      • 4-5 working days to: Auckland, Thames, Tauranga, Hamilton, Rotorua, Taupo, Gisborne, New Plymouth

    • A - The most common way to quote/order a floating shelf is as a flat panel with square edges, double-sided. This means all the edges have a 1mm radius and all edges and faces are covered.

    • A - The best way to get a price is to make an enquiry to find your closest retailer. Because we only sell to trade customers, we can't give you a quote directly.

  • - I need to change a detail of an order I've sent through on EasyOrder, what do I do?

    • - Give us a call and we can reverse the order, allowing it to show back on your quotes list. You can then make the desired change and submit it again.

  • - How do I order a melamine colour on EasyOrder that's not your standard colour/finish?

    • - We have a colour called 'Other'. This allows you to put in your choice of colour and finish and it prices it accordingly.
