Postformed Doors – L Profile

These unique doors are made to order to your specifications and sizes. They are available to you in Bestwood Melamine, Prime Melamine, Panelart or Melteca.

The doors are created using a very unique and accurate process where the pre-laminated panel edge is machined to produce an overhanging laminate and then formed 90° around a 6mm radius, giving a seamless vertical front edge. This is known as the L Profile. Horizontal edges are clashed with durable 2mm PVC in either matching or contrasting colours.

Postformed Panels – U Profile

To complement these doors you can choose to have a 180⁰ wrap on your end panels. This is known as the U Profile. The formed laminate on the back of the panel is seated flush with the surface of the panel.

This product is unique to Panelform and increasingly popular due to its clean, smooth lines, its practicality and cost effectiveness.

PVC Edged Doors and Panels

Still today's most popular kitchen door. We provide a complete supply of PVC–edged doors to suit your specifications and sizes. All doors and drawer fronts are melamine coated on both sides and clashed on all 4 edges with 2mm PVC in either matching or contrasting colours.
