Delivery Times
Panelform Industries expects that “Complete Supply” orders for Melamine doors will be dispatched within 10 working days of their receipt. However, this may vary depending on the availability of board or edging material at the time. Orders for Thermaform doors may sometimes require a longer delivery time depending on the availability of laminate. A written confirmation of dispatch date will be sent to all customers as soon as we have received confirmation of materials to us. It is our promise to dispatch all orders by confirmed date or you will receive a 10% discount for that order.
Panelexpress Service
This is a service provided for those little extras, forgotten pieces, or mistakes in ordering that you need in a hurry to complete a job. Simply phone your order through before midday and it will be dispatched the following day. There is a service fee of $35 to cover workflow disruption. Normal panel charges and freight rates apply.
Please note: Conditions apply including availability of board, size restrictions and time-consuming or non standard articles.
10 year cover for materials and workmanship
We guarantee that the doors and/or panels we have produced will stand the test of time. Any delamination of edging that is not caused by excessive heat, accidental or wilful damage, will be repaired at our expense.
